Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services made available through the localized interface WPT Global on wptgloball.com (the "Website") and apply to any access to or use of the Website and its services, subject to the important notice that users located in, resident in, or ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom are strictly prohibited from using the services. These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 and will continue to apply, as updated from time to time, throughout 2025 unless replaced or withdrawn.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below. Other terms may be defined in context elsewhere in these Terms.
- "Operator" means Gaming Services Provider N.V., a company organized under the laws of Curaçao and operating under Master Licence 365/JAZ with sublicense GLH-OCCHKTW0701202022, together with its affiliated and related entities involved in operating, managing, developing, or processing payments for the Website, including without limitation Seventip N.V., Ace King I.T. Limited, Kaishen Ltd, and Kashxa Limited (each an "Operator Entity").
- "Website" means the online gambling platform and related services accessible via wptgloball.com, including the localized interface branded as WPT Global.
- "User" or "Player" means any natural person who accesses, registers for, or in any way uses the Website or its services, whether or not such use is permitted under these Terms.
- "Account" means a personal user account registered on the Website, in respect of which the Operator records balances, transactions, bonuses, and activity.
- "Bet", "Wager" or "Stake" means any sum of money or other value risked by a Player on the outcome of a game, hand, tournament, or other event offered on the Website.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, tournament tickets, rakeback, or other incentive granted by the Operator, whether automatically or upon request, which may be subject to specific conditions, including wagering requirements.
- "Balance" means the aggregate of Real Money funds and, where applicable, Bonus funds recorded in a Player's Account.
- "Excluded Territory" means any country or region where the Operator has decided not to offer its services or where its services are prohibited, explicitly including the United Kingdom. The list of Excluded Territories is equivalent in substance to that referenced in Clause 4.1 of the Operator's general terms (Restricted Territories).
- "AML Policy" means the Operator's anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing policies and procedures, which include a requirement to obtain Source of Wealth information and documentation for deposits exceeding USD 2,000 (or currency equivalent).
- "Curacao Licence" means the offshore remote gambling licence regime applicable to the Operator (Master Licence 365/JAZ and sublicense GLH-OCCHKTW0701202022), sometimes described in industry commentary as a "Tier 3" regulatory environment and not supervised by the UK Gambling Commission.
- "UK Gambling Laws" means the Gambling Act 2005 (as amended), the Gambling Commission's Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice, and any other applicable UK statutes and regulations relating to gambling.
- "Business Day" means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Curaçao, unless otherwise stated.
Account Registration
1. Eligibility and Prohibited Territories
- Age requirement: You may only open and use an Account if you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your country of residence, whichever is higher. By registering, you expressly confirm that you meet this requirement.
- Excluded Territories and the United Kingdom: The services offered on wptgloball.com are not intended for, and may not lawfully be used by, persons located in or resident in any Excluded Territory, explicitly including the United Kingdom. The Operator's Curacao Licence offers no protection from the UK Gambling Commission or the UK Gambling Ombudsman, and no binding arbitration is available to UK citizens. By creating or using an Account, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, resident in, or ordinarily resident in any Excluded Territory, including the United Kingdom.
- Legality in your jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Website complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. The Operator does not provide legal advice and does not accept liability if your use is unlawful.
2. Registration Process
- Account creation: To register, you must complete the online registration form on the Website, providing a valid email address and other requested information. You may be required to confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
- Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address via a confirmation link. Until verification is completed, access to certain features may be restricted.
- Single account policy: You may create and maintain only one Account for personal use. Multiple Accounts, shared Accounts, and Accounts opened on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited.
3. Verification, KYC and AML
- Identity verification: In line with the Curacao AML regime and accepted industry standards, you may be required at any time (including before deposits, before gameplay, or before withdrawals) to provide accurate and up-to-date documentation such as a passport, national ID card, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
- Source of Wealth and Source of Funds: For cumulative deposits greater than USD 2,000 (or currency equivalent), and at lower thresholds where risk factors justify, the Operator's AML Policy requires additional information and documents evidencing the source of your funds and wealth. Until satisfactory documentation is received and verified, the Operator may restrict deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals.
- Sanctions and PEP checks: The Operator may conduct sanctions, politically exposed person (PEP), and adverse media screening using internal tools or third-party providers. You consent to such checks as part of using the Website.
- Failure to provide information: If you fail to provide requested KYC/AML information in a timely and accurate manner, the Operator may suspend or terminate your Account and, where required by law or regulation, withhold or return funds (for example, to the original payment method) subject to AML obligations.
4. Accuracy of Data and Account Security
- Accurate information: You must provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration and keep it updated. Providing false or misleading information, including incorrect country of residence (for example, falsely stating you are not in the United Kingdom), constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and voided bets.
- Password and access security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities carried out using your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow anyone else to access your Account.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must immediately notify customer support at [email protected] and change your password. The Operator may suspend the Account while investigating.
5. UK-Specific Notice
- Informational nature for UK readers: This localized WPT Global Terms page is provided primarily for transparency and informational purposes to users located in the UK. It does not mean that the Website is licensed or authorised by the UK Gambling Commission or that UK-based play is allowed.
- Obligation to cease play: If you are, or become, resident in or located in the United Kingdom, you must immediately stop using the Website, refrain from placing any further bets, and contact customer support to discuss possible Account closure and withdrawal of any eligible Balance, subject to KYC/AML checks and these Terms.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
36. General Principles
- Game rules and house terms: Each game, tournament, or betting market available on the Website is governed by its specific rules (the "Game Rules"), which complement these Terms. By placing a Bet, you accept the relevant Game Rules as well as these Terms.
- Randomness and fairness: Casino and RNG-based games are powered by software developed or integrated by entities including Ace King I.T. Limited and others. The Operator endeavours to ensure that outcomes are random within the parameters of the games' design. Independent testing or certification may apply where indicated on the Website. However, the Curacao Licence and testing standards are not equivalent to those of the UK Gambling Commission.
- Right to refuse bets: The Operator may, at its discretion, refuse, limit, or partially accept any Bet or restrict certain games or promotions to specific Players, jurisdictions (including the United Kingdom), or risk profiles.
Bet Placement, Limits and Settlement
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or table may display minimum and maximum stakes. Bets below the minimum or above the maximum will not be accepted or may be automatically adjusted. The Operator may also impose Account-level limits.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed accepted only when it has been recorded on the Operator's servers. If a technical failure occurs before confirmation, the Bet is not valid.
- Settlement of Bets: Bets are settled based on the official result reported by the game software or third-party provider. Once a result is determined and posted, settlement is final, subject only to correction of manifest errors or obvious mistakes.
- Currency and rounding: Bets and payouts are denominated in the currency shown in your Account. Rounding may occur to the nearest cent/penny or comparable unit, in line with the game's design and payout table.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- Player cancellations: After you confirm a Bet by clicking the relevant button and the Bet is accepted by the Operator's systems, you generally cannot cancel or modify it. Any limited ability to cancel (for example, in some live-betting contexts) will be clearly indicated within the game interface.
- Operator errors and voiding: If a Bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds, lines, or rules due to a technical or human error (a "palpable error"), the Operator may declare the Bet void or amend it to the correct terms. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned or settled according to the corrected conditions.
- Technical interruptions: If your connection is lost during a game or hand, the Operator's servers will normally record the outcome. In most cases, the game will continue as if you were still connected, and the result will be available upon reconnection. If the Operator reasonably determines that a game round or Bet has been irreparably disrupted by a technical failure, the Bet may be voided and the stake refunded.
Conduct, Fair Play and Prohibited Practices
- Fair gaming: You must play personally, for legitimate entertainment purposes only, and in accordance with the Game Rules. Collusion, chip-dumping, soft-playing, or any other unfair advantage is prohibited.
- Bots and software tools: The use of automated software ("bots"), scripts, AI-assisted decision engines, data mining tools, or any other device that gives you an unfair advantage or manipulates the normal play of games is strictly prohibited.
- Multi-accounting and identity misuse: Creating or using more than one Account, impersonating any person or entity, or jointly using an Account with others is prohibited. The Operator may confiscate winnings and close Accounts in such cases.
- Live chat and communication: Where chat functions are available (e.g., in live casino or support), you must not insult, harass, threaten, defame, or otherwise abuse other Players or staff. Hate speech, discriminatory content, and the promotion of illegal activities (including encouraging UK-based gambling on the Website) are strictly prohibited.
- Exploitation of errors: You must not intentionally exploit any bug, error, or loophole in the Website or games. If you become aware of an error, you must report it to customer support. Winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided.
UK-Specific Gameplay Notice
- Prohibited UK play: Because the Operator holds a Curacao Licence and is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, you must not use the Website from the United Kingdom. If the Operator identifies that bets were placed from the UK, it may void bets, restrict withdrawals, and close the Account, subject to applicable law and fairness considerations.
- No UK regulatory protection: In the event of a dispute or game malfunction affecting UK-based Players (including those who have misrepresented their location), there is no recourse to the UK Gambling Commission, the UK Gambling Ombudsman, or any UK-mandated ADR scheme. Any recourse is limited to the mechanisms described in these Terms.
Bonus Terms
15. General Bonus Principles
- Supplementary rules: All Bonuses are governed by these Bonus Terms, the general Terms, and any specific promotional terms published on wptgloball.com. In the event of conflict, specific promotional terms will usually prevail, except where this would render the promotion unlawful or unfair.
- Non-transferability: Bonuses are personal to your Account, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged, and have no cash value until associated wagering requirements and other conditions have been fully met.
- Eligibility: Bonuses may be limited to certain jurisdictions, payment methods, or Player segments. Players located in or resident in the United Kingdom are not eligible for any Bonuses and must not attempt to claim or use them.
Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation conditions: A Bonus may require a minimum qualifying deposit, entry of a bonus code, manual opt-in, or participation in specific activities (such as tournaments or rake races). The qualifying criteria will be set out in the relevant promotion.
- Wagering obligations: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds and any associated winnings must be wagered a specified number of times (for example, x times the Bonus amount, or x times the sum of Bonus and deposit) before they are converted to real, withdrawable funds.
- Contribution and game weighting: Different games may contribute differently towards wagering (for example, slots may contribute 100%, table games 10% or less, and some games 0%). The contribution table, where available, forms part of the Bonus Terms.
- Time limits: Bonuses, free spins, and wagering requirements are typically subject to expiry deadlines (for example, within a certain number of days from crediting). Time limits applying during 2025 will be clearly indicated in the promotional details. If the requirement is not met within the specified timeframe, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
Prohibited Bonus Practices
- Abuse and irregular play: Bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting, hedging bets, collusion, or using strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, is prohibited. The Operator may withhold or confiscate Bonus funds and associated winnings and/or close the Account where abuse is suspected.
- Multiple Account exploitation: Claiming a Bonus via multiple Accounts, or by coordinating with others (for instance, household members, shared devices, or common payment methods), is not allowed and may result in all related Accounts being closed and funds frozen pending investigation.
- Restricted games and stakes: Certain games, bet types, or maximum stake levels may be excluded from Bonus wagering. Placing Bets in breach of these restrictions may lead to forfeiture of the Bonus and related winnings.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Cancellation
- One Bonus at a time: Unless expressly permitted, only one active Bonus or promotion may apply to your Account at any given time. Activating a new Bonus may cause an existing Bonus to be cancelled, including any associated pending winnings.
- Opt-out and cancellation: You may request that a Bonus be cancelled by contacting customer support, understanding that this may entail forfeiture of any Bonus funds and Bonus-derived winnings. The Operator may also cancel a Bonus where it reasonably believes that these Terms, AML requirements, or promotional rules have been violated.
- UK-specific restriction: UK residents and persons located in the United Kingdom must not claim or use Bonuses. If the Operator discovers that Bonuses were granted to such persons, the Bonus may be cancelled and any associated winnings may be voided, subject to applicable law and fairness principles.
Payments & Withdrawals
12. Deposit Methods and Processing
- Payment channels: The Website may support deposits via bank cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and selected crypto-asset solutions, depending on your jurisdiction and risk profile. The availability of specific methods may change over time during 2025.
- Payment processors: Payment processing services for deposits and withdrawals may be provided by affiliated or third-party entities including Kaishen Ltd and Kashxa Limited (both based in Cyprus) or other designated processors. For certain transactions, one of these entities may appear as the merchant of record on your bank or card statement.
- Deposit limits: The Operator may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction, per day, or per month. Limits may vary by payment method, Player risk profile, and regulatory considerations.
- Fees and exchange rates: The Operator will generally not charge deposit fees, but some fees may be passed on where imposed by payment providers. Currency conversion and exchange-rate charges may apply and are your responsibility.
Withdrawals and Verification
- Withdrawal requests: You may request withdrawals of the Real Money portion of your Balance, subject to these Terms, KYC/AML checks, and any applicable wagering requirements. Where possible, withdrawals will be made using the same method used for deposits.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review and process withdrawal requests within a reasonable time frame, typically within a few Business Days. Actual receipt of funds will depend on your chosen payment method and banking providers and may extend longer in peak periods or during 2025 regulatory or operational reviews.
- Verification prior to payout: The Operator may require identity, payment method, and Source of Wealth documentation before approving a withdrawal. Failure to provide required documentation may result in delays, cancellation of the withdrawal, or Account suspension.
- Withdrawal limits: Maximum withdrawal limits (per transaction, day, week, or month) may apply. Higher limits may be granted at the Operator's discretion following enhanced due diligence.
Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus-Related Funds
- Refunds of deposits: As a general rule, deposits are non-refundable once used for gameplay. In exceptional cases (for example, mistaken deposits or self-exclusion), the Operator may consider refund requests, subject to KYC/AML checks and at its discretion.
- Chargebacks and reversals: If you initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of a payment, the Operator may suspend or close your Account and recover any associated costs. Any winnings generated from the disputed funds may be voided.
- Bonus funds: Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all relevant bonus conditions are satisfied. If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, the Operator may cancel the Bonus and associated winnings.
UK-Specific Payment Notice
- Prohibited UK transactions: The Operator does not intentionally process gambling payments from persons located in the United Kingdom. If it becomes aware that payments have been made in breach of this restriction, the Operator may cancel Bets, freeze or return funds, and close the Account, subject to AML obligations and applicable law.
- No UK financial protection: Funds held in your Account are not protected by UK financial safeguard schemes. The Curacao licensing framework does not provide protection equivalent to that required under UK Gambling Commission rules.
Limitation of Liability
22. Operator's Obligations and Service Level
- Provision of services: The Operator endeavours to provide the Website and its services with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with its Curacao Licence and applicable offshore regulations, and to maintain accurate recording of Bets, balances, and outcomes.
- Accuracy of results and records: The Operator's server records shall be decisive for determining the time, content, and outcome of all transactions and Bets. In the event of any discrepancy between your records and the Operator's records, the Operator's records will generally prevail, subject to investigation and correction of manifest errors.
- Maintenance and updates: The Operator may from time to time suspend or limit access to the Website to carry out maintenance, updates, or security improvements. Where reasonably possible, notice will be given on the Website.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical failures: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from technical failures, interruptions, delays, or communication errors in networks, systems, equipment, software, or internet services outside its reasonable control.
- Third-party services: The Operator is not responsible for third-party services (including payment processors, telecom providers, and software suppliers) or for any act or omission of such third parties, except to the extent required by applicable law.
- Indirect and consequential loss: The Operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Player's responsibility: You are responsible for safeguarding your devices, internet connection, and Account credentials. The Operator is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
Maximum Liability and Mandatory Rights
- Cap on liability: Subject to the paragraph below, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with the Website, your Account, any Bet, or these Terms shall not exceed the higher of (i) the amount of the Bet or transaction in dispute, or (ii) the total amount of Real Money deposits you made into your Account during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, in each case not exceeding the amount of the relevant Bet where this is required or appropriate.
- Non-excludable liability: Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or (where applicable law so provides) death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- UK consumer rights: If you are a consumer and mandatory laws of your country of residence (including the United Kingdom, to the extent they validly apply) grant you specific non-waivable rights, these Terms are not intended to limit those rights, and in case of conflict, such mandatory provisions shall prevail.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership and Licence
- Content ownership: All content, software, graphics, designs, databases, trade names, and trademarks appearing on the Website, including references to the World Poker Tour brand and related logos, are owned by the Operator Entities, their licensors, or other authorised third parties.
- Limited personal licence: Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website on your personal devices solely for lawful and legitimate entertainment purposes.
Restrictions on Use
- Prohibited copying: You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Website or its software, except as expressly permitted by law.
- Commercial use: Any commercial use, framing, scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of content or data from the Website is strictly prohibited without the Operator's express written consent.
- Infringement consequences: Any unauthorised use of the Operator's intellectual property may result in civil claims, criminal prosecution, Account closure, and forfeiture of funds where legally permitted.
Privacy & Data Protection
25. General Privacy Principles
- Privacy Policy: All personal data collected and processed in connection with your use of the Website is handled in accordance with the Operator's Privacy Policy available on wptgloball.com. You should review the Privacy Policy carefully, as it forms part of your agreement with the Operator.
- Data processing and transfers: By using the Website, you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed by or on behalf of Operator Entities in Curaçao, Cyprus, and other jurisdictions outside the United Kingdom and European Economic Area, where data protection standards may differ.
- Legal bases and rights: Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, your data may be processed on the basis of contract performance, legal obligations (including AML requirements), legitimate interests, or consent, and you may have rights of access, rectification, restriction, and deletion, subject to legal limitations.
- AML and responsible gaming: Certain data is processed to comply with AML laws, to verify identity and Source of Wealth, and to support responsible gaming measures, including self-exclusion tools and limits referenced in the Operator's Responsible Gaming documentation.
Changes to Terms
23. Updates and Notifications
- Right to amend: The Operator may modify these Terms, including any referenced policies, to reflect changes in law, regulatory expectations, technical developments, or business needs during 2025 and thereafter.
- Notice of changes: Where changes are material, the Operator will endeavour to notify you in advance by reasonable means, which may include email to the address registered to your Account, prominent notices or banners on wptgloball.com, or prompts upon login.
- Effective date of changes: Unless otherwise stated, amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Continued use of the Website after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
User Options in Case of Disagreement
- Right to stop using the Website: If you do not agree with any change to the Terms, you must stop using the Website immediately, refrain from placing further Bets, and, where permitted, request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance (subject to KYC/AML checks and these Terms).
- Archived versions: Where practically feasible, the Operator will retain or provide access to prior versions of the Terms applicable during earlier periods of 2025, for audit and reference purposes.
Termination & Suspension
18. Grounds for Suspension and Termination
- By the Operator: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, withhold or freeze funds, or restrict access to the Website if it reasonably suspects or determines that:
- you have breached these Terms, Game Rules, or any policy (including the AML Policy and Responsible Gaming policy);
- you have provided false, incomplete, or misleading information (for example, about your location or age);
- you are located in, or associated with, an Excluded Territory, including the United Kingdom;
- fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity may be involved; or
- required by law, regulation, or a competent authority.
- By the Player: You may request suspension or closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion options may also be available through the Responsible Gaming tools on the Website.
Procedure and Consequences
- Notice: Where lawful and practicable, the Operator will notify you of suspension or closure and may request additional information. In some cases (for example, suspected AML breaches), the Operator may be legally prohibited from providing detailed reasons.
- Funds on termination: Upon closure (other than for serious breach or illegal activity), any remaining Real Money Balance will normally be returned to you, subject to completion of KYC/AML checks and any applicable fees or restrictions. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.
- Serious breaches and illegal activity: In cases involving serious breach, fraud, or suspected money laundering, the Operator may, as permitted by law, withhold or confiscate funds, void Bets, and report matters to relevant authorities.
UK-Specific Termination Notice
- Closure of UK Accounts: If the Operator determines that you are, or have been, using the Website from the United Kingdom or any other Excluded Territory, it may suspend or close your Account. The treatment of any remaining Balance will be decided in line with AML obligations, applicable law, and fairness principles.
- Self-exclusion and support: UK residents who have accessed the Website contrary to these Terms are strongly encouraged to seek support from recognised UK responsible gambling organisations and to self-exclude from unregulated offshore sites.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
6. Applicable Law
- Curacao law: These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would lead to the application of other laws.
- Mandatory consumer protection: If you are a consumer, mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence may apply in addition to Curacao law. These Terms are not intended to deprive you of any such mandatory protections.
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
- Courts of Curaçao: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have, you agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website shall be submitted to the competent courts of Curaçao.
- No binding arbitration for UK citizens: For users who are UK citizens or residents, there is no binding arbitration or UK-mandated alternative dispute resolution scheme available in relation to the Operator's Curacao Licence. You do not have recourse to the UK Gambling Commission or the Gambling Ombudsman in connection with disputes about the Website.
- Internal complaint handling: Before initiating legal proceedings, you should first contact customer support and, if necessary, request escalation in accordance with the Operator's internal complaint procedure, details of which are available on wptgloball.com.
Contact Information
17. Customer Support and Legal Contact
- Customer support email: For general inquiries, account issues, or complaints, you may contact customer support by email at [email protected]. The typical email response time is approximately 24-48 hours.
- Live chat: Where available, live chat support may be accessed via the Website. A chatbot may respond first, with human agents usually available within approximately 5 minutes during Asian business hours (roughly 08:00-22:00 UTC). Outside these hours, only automated responses may be available.
- Telephone contact: A dedicated telephone number for customer support or the main office is not specified in these Terms. Any phone contacts communicated to you in the future will supplement, but not replace, the above channels.
- Mailing and legal address: Specific headquarters, regional office, mailing, and legal address details for the Operator Entities are not specified here. The Operator operates primarily from Curaçao under Master Licence 365/JAZ, with related operational and payment entities in Cyprus and other jurisdictions. If a physical address is required for formal legal notices, you should request the current address from customer support.
- Brand ownership context: The World Poker Tour brand is owned by Element Partners (since 2021). The offshore online platform operated via wptgloball.com is run by separate Operator Entities under the Curacao Licence and has been described in industry commentary as having a "Tier 3" offshore corporate structure, distinct from the "Tier 1" reputation of the WPT live tour brand.
Regional Compliance Note: For users in the United Kingdom, this localized WPT Global Terms page on wptgloball.com is intended to present the Operator's position transparently. It does not imply that gambling on the Website from within the UK is lawful, regulated, or protected by the UK Gambling Commission or the UK Ombudsman. If you are in the United Kingdom at any time in 2025 or thereafter, you must not use the Website and should seek regulated alternatives and independent advice where necessary.
